- (4) Hours of planning sessions (to begin 6-8 weeks prior to event)
- Unlimited calls & emails (to begin 6-8 weeks prior to event)
- Review all contracts & contact all vendors to ensure cohesiveness
- Confirmation with all vendors & coordination of expectations & details the week of the wedding
- (2) Hour final planning session
- Creation of wedding timelines & itinerary
- Distribution of timelines to vendors, wedding party & significant family members, ensuring everyone is on schedule & informed
- Coordination of wedding rehearsal with officiate
- On-site day of coordination with (2) coordinators
o Management of: set-up, vendor arrivals, wedding party activities & floral distribution.
o Assist with pictures as needed
o Coordinate entrances with wedding party & vendors for ceremony & reception
o Management of vendors during the event
o Monitor & resolve any unexpected situations
o Assign wedding party tasks & assist in gathering all personal items at the end of the event
