We work with top quality vendors and service providers to direct all of the details, miniscule or grand, of your event and manage the contracts so you can have peace of mind. Put simply we are the liaison between. Our expertise and proficiency will assure you the best quality, price and selection of all your event must haves. We will be there on the day of your event to manage all of your vendors, and coordinate every detail for a flawless event. While nurturing family, guests, and of course fabulous you.
- Budgeting: We will help you stay on track whether it is classic and chic, or luxurious and elegant. Our creative ideas work with all types of parties and pocket books!

We were absolutely thrilled to have Kaycee join us in planning our wedding. From the moment we met I knew we were in good hands. Her knowledge of wedding vendors and her excitement for our big day was above and beyond, it truly put me at ease. She went the extra mile, making special (and long) trips to our venue to learn the layout and meet the management, documenting it with photos and coming up with ideas to make the ceremony and reception unique and special. Her creativity was such a blessing, from taking our living room curtains to be the back drop at our wedding, to wrapping our grand staircase with baby's breath~ she took the time to get to know us a couple and understand what I had envisioned all my life as well as figuring out all the intricate details that would blow my groom's mind. I am so glad that I hired Parker Events for my wedding! I can't tell you the feeling of relief knowing that Kaycee was there to make sure everything was set-up and as I imagined it to be. She helped to ensure that the ceremony was just right, even scattering petals. Most importantly she helped me with timing by creating a schedule of the whole day and the day before! She was a great source of communication to everyone! She talked to the venue for me, gathered family and made sure everyone was ready and in the right place. Overall, I didn't have to worry about anything the whole day. I guarantee that there were many other things that she took care of for me that I have no idea about!
She took care of the little details that got everyone on the same page and there was no confusion on the day of, at least that I can remember! I was getting married and not worrying about anything!
